On April 24, 2019, Gao Minghua, director of the Research Center for Corporate Governance and Enterprise Development of Beijing Normal University and professor of the School of Economics and Business Administration, was invited to explain "the key decision-making and path in the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises" at the international exchange center. Professor Zhong Xin, Dean of IBF, presided over the lecture, which was attended by all faculty members and 150 students.

Professor Gao took "the key decision-making and path in the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises" as the topic, made an in-depth explanation of the current problems in the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, compared domestic and foreign enterprise reform, and put forward his own unique views on the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.Finally, Professor Gao also introduced the databases and consultation reports made by his team, which he would like to share with the teachers of IBF.
